How to shop at the G-NiiB online store?
1. If you are a member of the G-NiiB online store, you can click the person icon on the top right of the page to log into your account. If you have not registered as a member, please register to become a member first. After registering as a G-NiiB member, you can enjoy various member benefits, including birthday points and exclusive discounts.

2. Select the product and quantity you wish to purchase, then click "Buy Now" to instantly add the item to your shopping cart.
3. The website will redirect to the shopping cart page, please click "Check out".
4. Select the delivery method.
If you choose SF Express self-pickup, please select the address of a EF locker, SF store or OK store.
If you choose delivery to a designated address, please fill in the relevant delivery information.
5. If you have a discount coupon, you can enter the coupon number in the "Discount code or gift card" field (please note its terms and conditions) and click "Apply". The relevant discount will be immediately reflected in the shopping cart total. Then, click "Pay Now".
6. After selecting the payment method, please complete the checkout. Upon successful payment, members will receive an email confirmation.
How to add products to the wishlist?
1. On the product page, click "Add to wishlist". Finally, click the heart icon on the top right of the page to view the products in your wishlist.
How to share products?
1. On the product page, click "Share", then select the social media platform you wish to share to.
How to write your product review?
1. Go to the product page you want to review, then choose 1 to 5 stars under "Click to review". Afterward, you can enter your review content. Additionally, you can attach images related to the product (uploaded files must be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format and not exceed 5MB). Once completed, please click "Submit".
How to subscribe to G-NiiB online store promotional information?
1. In the "Subscribe to Promotional Information Notification" section at the bottom right of the G-NiiB online store homepage, enter your email and click "Agree to Receive".
