G-NiiB online store supports various payment methods, including: VISA Card, Master Card, Union Pay, Payme, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Under normal circumstances (if there is no force majeure such as bad weather, epidemic, etc.), the goods will be delivered to the designated location within 1 week after ordering.

Member spending on the G-NiiB Online Store can earn Member Points. Members can make 1 point for every HK$1 spent (except delivery charge). Under normal situations, Member Point will expire 12 months after you earn them. In addition, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members can earn birthday points through birthday benefits. Member birthday points expire within one month.

You may check your member points balance and expiry dates by pressing the people icon on the upper right corner of the website. Please check your member points expiration periodically and consume your member points before they expire. Member Points do not apply to VIPs and Staff.

Store Credit is a virtual currency in the G-NiiB online store. Every $1 Store Credit can be used as payment for the online shop of HK$1 (except delivery charge). Every 2,000 points can be redeemed for $25 in Store Credit. Members can redeem them in the member area.

When the cumulative spending in 12 months of the member reaches the specific amount, the member rank will be upgraded to silver, gold and platinum, respectively. Each rank of member can enjoy their exclusive membership privileges. The membership rank is valid for one year. The system will check the member's consumption amount in the past 12 months after the membership rank expires. If the requirements are met, the contract will be automatically renewed.
