Suggested Use

One sachet daily. Consume directly, or mix in 100-200ml water, non-fizzy or non-alcoholic drinks or food (below 45°C). It can be taken at any time of the day but is best consumed with a meal. Best food pairing: yogurt, fruit juice, cereals, drinks at room temperature.
